Under a King we have foreign war;under Republic we have civil wars said Morissot. They heard a sound of footsteps behind them and they are surrounded by the four tall bearded men, dressed after the manner of liveried servants and wearing flat caps. They are thrown into boat and taken across Ile Marante.A giant smoking a long clay pipe officer addressed them in French. You must have the password to return for crossing the outpost,I will allow you safely or the secrets will be with you which means the death. He gave them five minutes. But they said nothing. The soldiers raised the rifle against them.He gave them one more minute.A ray of sun made the still quivering fish glisten like silver. They said goodbye to each other with eyes full of tears. The officer cried fire.Twelve gun shot were at once. They fell dead facing the sky.He ordered the soldiers to tie a stone at their feet and throw them at the river.Suddenly he sight the net full of gudgeon smiled and called 'Wilhelm'. The white-aproned soldier responded him.He asked him to fry the fish as they are alive. Then he relit his pipe.
